They reflect the important shared attitudes, beliefs and behaviours we value in our colleagues, stakeholders, customers, members and volunteers.
Having a clear and widely understood way of how we work and how we treat others, will help us make an even greater contribution to creating a safer and healthier world of work. Knowing what is and isn’t acceptable is vital to us all, as are shared values that shape how we do business with each other, our members, and our customers.
